BonBird: The creators of Pickl are launching a chicken shop brand

Steve Flawith may not be a familiar name but his burger empire Pickl should be. Well he’s back and this time he’s getting ready to launch a new fried chicken brand, BonBird. 

Set to launch in March 2023 in City Walk, BonBird is “a family-style fried chicken shop inspired by the classic traditions of the American South.”

Just like the chicken at Pickl, all of the dishes will be hormone, antibiotic and preservative free. Stay tuned for more, coming soon…
